Sour cream with strawberries
Wheat flour - 300 g
Sour cream (15%) - 200 g
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
Butter - 50 g + 1 tsp.
Sugar - 200 g
Soda - 0.5 tsp
Sour cream (15-20%) - 300 g
Powdered sugar - 3 tbsp. l.
Strawberries - 150 g
Beat the eggs with sugar in a thick foam, add sour cream mixed with vanilla sugar.
Bring the butter over low heat to a liquid consistency and, after cooling, pour into the mixture.
Sift the flour well, add soda to it and pour into the mass.
Knead the dough, it should be the consistency of thick sour cream.
Lubricate the multicooker bowl with butter and pour the dough into it.
Select the “Baking” program by setting the cooking time to 1 hour.
After the time has passed, we take out the cake, cool it and cut it into 2 or 3 parts.
We proceed to the preparation of the cream.
Mix sour cream with powdered sugar.
We wash the strawberries, remove the tails and cut into slices.
Lubricate each cake with cream and spread the chopped strawberries.
Let the cake infuse and soak.

Duck with apples
Duck meat - 1 kg
Apples - 500 gr
Honey - 2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
Water - 50 ml
Salt and ground black pepper
We choose a duck according to the size of the multicooker bowl, since it will be cooked entirely.
We wash the duck well and dry it.
Mix salt and pepper with honey, and rub the carcass inside and out with the resulting mixture.
We put the duck in a bag or any container and send it to marinate for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.
Remove the core from apples and cut into cubes.
We stuff the duck carcass tightly with chopped apples and fix the incision with the help of toothpicks.
Pour vegetable oil into the bowl and cook the duck for half an hour on each side in the “Baking” mode.
Then we add water, the apples that remain, and cook in the “Extinguishing” mode for another 2 hours.
Our duck with apples is ready and can be served on the festive table.
Olivier salad with salmon
The usual recipe for a famous salad can be varied :)
Lightly salted salmon - 200 g
Avocado - 2 pcs.
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs.
Carrots - 2 pcs.
Frozen peas - 200 g
Red caviar - 2-3 tbsp. l.
Mayonnaise - 150 g
Salt, pepper to taste
Greens for decoration
Boil carrots until tender and peel.
Hard boil the eggs, let them cool and clean them too.
Defrost green peas.
Cut carrots, eggs, cucumbers, fish and peeled avocado into cubes.
Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
