The online store carries out the return and exchange of goods of good quality in accordance with the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
Terms of return and exchange:
- Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods by the buyer.
- Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer.
You can return or exchange an item if:
- the product was not in use and has no traces of use by the consumer: scratches, chips, scuffs, stains, etc.;
- the goods are fully completed and the factory packaging is preserved;
- all labels and factory markings are preserved;
- the product retains its presentation and its consumer properties.
According to the Consumer Rights Protection Law, a company may refuse to exchange or return goods of good quality to a consumer if they fall into the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of good quality that are not subject to return and exchange.
